Updated Chronological Timeline of the Great Tribulation -- after the New Light from July Watchtower

book presented a large amount of new light or clarified understanding of the events of the great tribulation.. here i am presenting it in chronological order -- this is the governing body's updated chronological order of events for the time right before the great tribulation through armageddon:.
the final sealing of the anointed occurs just prior to the outbreak of the tribulation.

it was one of the most-upvoted pictures today on the subreddit.. i visit that subreddit once in awhile and laughed out loud when i saw the thread..

Which arm and eye did Admiral Nelson lose? Take heed WT Society.

Alexander Korda produced and directed the movie 'That Hamilton woman' in 1941. The lead parts were played by Lawrence Olivier as Admiral Horatio Nelson and his wife Vivien Leigh played Lady Hamilton. One day, onstage, Korda found Olivier only half dressed for his part as Nelson.
"What's the matter?" he asked. "Alex", Olivier replied, "the costume is fine, but I have one question -- which arm and which eye was Nelson missing?" There was a deadly hush. It was apparent that nobody knew the answer to this simple question. And since it was a Sunday there seemed to be no way to look it up. At last somebody remembered that there was on aged Hungarian opera singer living in Van Nuys who had played Nelson in a turn-of-the-century operetta which had briefly graced the Vienna stage. A studio car was instantly sent to fetch the old man. He was brought to the studio. "Old friend," Alex Korda said, " when you played Nelson in Vienna, can you tell us which arm and which eye were missing?" Imagine the effort to find the answer to two simple questions.
Now flash forward to May 18, 2015. I googled the following: Which eye and arm was Admiral Nelson missing?
Answer: Right eye and right arm. Total time to find out the answer? 40 seconds.
And this points to the great dilemma the Watchtower Society is facing and will continue to face with ever growing urgency. What the Watchtower Society could easily hide from the rank and file in the past, what teachings or events or publications they could obscure and control, they can no longer do so. A simple Google search can lead virtually anyone to volumes of information in short order. Information that they would probably prefer remains out of reach of the average JW.

New light on more parables
by Deltawave inwell after a full watchtower study last week about how we should not read to much into bible account as types and antitypes, we had a whole study article on what the 10 wise virgins now means.
interesting though is the fact that only in 2007/8 they taught that the discreet virgins were the annointed ones who waited for christ's return in 1914 and the foolish ones were the ones who fell away in 1914 because the end didn't come.
now though, we have new light!

Tsarnaev guilty - should he get death or not?

many died in unimaginable agony, others are disabled for life.

big accident at Warwick construction site
by oppostate inthe wt society is fond of using the tilt-up method of construction where a network of rebar is made on the ground, concrete poured on it and allowed to cure, then the whole thing is tilted up and voila' you've got yourself a massive big-ass wall ready made.
these walls for several stories-high buildings are indeed massive and weighty so you need a heavy-duty crane to raise into position.. i just heard from an eye-witness ldc volunteer that while there a few weeks ago they had an enormous accident.
the crane tilted and crashed, the only one hurt was its operator.

July 2010 - Victoria B.C. Kingdom Hall build.
Because the volunteers worked without payment, Work Safe B.C. would not conduct an investigation. The local building committee of JW's in Victoria said they would conduct their own investigation and forward the results to the Branch Office in Toronto. I'm sure Watchtower Headquarters in Canada gave the report all the attention they think it deserves. That's one document I sure would like to have a look at.

Humans cause so many mistakes, through ignorance, carelessness or outright bad decisions.
I was working on a tilt-up 20 years ago in British Columbia. The whole perimeter wall was about 40 panels. The crane was booked for 3 days. Usually a small plastic tip is visible at the lifting point, a carpenter takes a hammer and bar and exposes it, removes the covering plastic from the lifting hook and then the connection to the lifting cables are completed. Some panels have only 4 lift points, some 6 and then 8, depending on the size of the panel. When we were preparing one of the panels we could not find the lifting points where the plan indicated. The concrete finishing had slightly covered the plastic indicators. After several minutes we eventually found only 4 lifting points. The panel was supposed to have 6.
This is where the bad decisions came into play. The superintendent decided to go ahead with the lift anyway, without telling the crane operator. These were panels 30 feet long, 15 feet wide and weighing many tons. The crew guiding the panel knew the risks. Everyone knew the risks except the crane operator. Myself and another cautious carpenter decided to walk to the other side of the sight and hide behind a pile of lumber. Just imagine the effect of a slab of concrete that size falling down onto a slab, not to mention half a dozen men. It would crush anyone underneath flatter than a pancake and send bits of concrete debris exploding across the entire site. The lift was uneventful. The next day the superintendent approached me, knowing how absolutely p---ed off I was and tried to justify his actions, explaining that the lift was overbuilt in strength and there was no danger. I told him how happy I was that he had a degree in engineering. He got it.
This is what should have happened. The crane operator should have been immediately informed, in which case he would refuse to make the lift. An engineer should have been called to the site to give us direction in adding additional lifting points. It would have taken an extra day, but no one would be at risk. No carpenters would risk death, no wives would have the risk of their husband being killed, and no kids would have had the risk of no father for the rest of their lives. Bad decisions for time and $$$$$$$.
I don't know what happened in Warwick, but I hope it wasn't a bad decision by someone trying to 'speed up the work'. I think someone dropped the ball somewhere. Just saying.
